What do I love working on?

With a strong foundation in software engineering and leadership, I excel in aligning technology with organizational goals by fostering collaboration across diverse teams, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and technical program managers.

I thrive in environments where I can help teams work cohesively to achieve a common business objective while simultaneously scaling and optimizing their capabilities. I partner closely with product managers to ensure the technology stack aligns with evolving customer needs, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategies that meet both short-term goals and long-term business objectives. I collaborate with engineering managers to leverage the strengths of individual contributors, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader strategy.

What have I worked on?

Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative companies in the world, including Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Nutanix.

In my most recent role at Meta, I developed and executed product strategies that aligned with the company’s broader objectives, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership to drive both immediate and long-term success. I also led cross-functional teams, working with software engineers, analysts, data scientists, and designers to turn ideas into impactful solutions. A core part of my role was mentoring engineers to grow in their careers and contribute meaningfully to the organization. I also played a key role in integrating customer feedback into our product roadmap, ensuring our solutions were built to meet real-world needs. These experiences have given me a strong ability to fuse technical innovation with business outcomes.

Before Meta, my work at Amazon, LinkedIn, and Nutanix involved leading the development of advanced DevOps solutions, such as creating a Kubernetes-based multi-cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS), enabling AI inference at the edge, and scaling low-latency systems like SQL to meet increasing demand. I also built automation frameworks to manage global machine clusters at scale, driving efficiency initiatives that positively impacted the bottom line. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that were not only technically challenging but also directly aligned with business goals. As a result, I’ve published three patents, reflecting my contributions to cutting-edge technology and innovation.

What do I like to do outside of work?

I love traveling, exploring new places and cultures, meeting strangers, and exchanging stories. So far, I’ve visited more than 13 countries and plan to keep exploring whenever I get the chance. I have a passion for being in open waters, snorkeling, and scuba diving. As an advanced scuba diver, I’m always eager to discover more of the underwater world, with Raja Ampat in Indonesia at the top of my list.

I’m also an avid reader and usually have at least two books by my bedside—one fiction and the other either spiritual or self-help, though my reading preferences change with my mood. Recently, I’ve also started learning to play the handpan, and I’m having a lot of fun with it since it's my first musical instrument.
